Late-breaking news!

• Did you miss our Welcome Conference Call?  Lots of good information, especially for first-timers!  To listen to a recorded playback, dial 1.712.775.7399, access code:228885#, then # again at the prompt (there is NO reference number).  Lianne goes over everything you need to know.  Note that this is a toll number, so consider using a phone with free long-distance.

• Check the weather for camp before heading out - we might have rain!  See http://bit.ly/MtnMagicWeather 

• If you'd like to place a Badge & Sash order to be delivered at camp, be sure to call Mary Forbes at 770-702-9601 no later than Wednesday.  (Be sure to specify delivery at Mountain Magic.)  The Badge & Sash folks at camp will only be accepting payments by credit card or check .

• Door prizes ("birthday presents") will be collected at registration.  Anyone who wants to participate in the birthday present exchange should turn in a wrapped gift.  If you bring a gift, you will get to take one home!  Gifts for the birthday present swap should be wrapped and cost less than $10.

• Were you at Mountain Magic last year?  If so, please bring your nametag pouch from last year if you still have it!  (Special gift at check-in if you do!)

• We will have a special Community Service project this year – we will be assembling personal hygiene kits to benefit Stand Up for Kids, a local organization that helps homeless and street kids and at-risk youth. Our goal is to make 100 kits.  Please bring Small TRAVEL SIZES of the following:  

• We now have a songbook for the GS Sing-Along! Also graces for the meals!  Print a copy if you'd like one of your own.    Songbook     Graces

• Goodies for freebie table – do you have leftover craft supplies?  Has your troop outgrown activities?  Do you have extra badges/patches to donate?  Please bring anything you would like to share with others (please leave your trash at home, though).  Bring some, take some!
