Meet for a group trail walk/jog/run, followed by late breakfast. All paces (including walkers) are welcome. Several distances (2-5 miles) will be offered. Instruction, route maps, coaching Dress for a run/walk! Be sure to wear running shoes or hiking boots, and dress for the weather. May want to carry water bottle or wear water belt.
