or legibly scanned & emailed to mmmwright@yahoo.com.
Your registration is not complete until we receive your event payment and all of your paperwork.

We regret that we cannot accept registration forms via fax.

Need some financial aid? Here's the Request for Financial Assistance form Acrobat file .
Do not send the aid form to Council. Please send it to us with the rest of your registration forms, as we self-fund our scholarships.
