Class selection & participant registration (pages 19-21 of the packet) must be sent by US mail.
Your registration is not complete until we receive all of your paperwork.

We regret that we cannot accept your registration and health forms via email or fax.

Need some financial aid? Here's the Request for Financial Assistance form. Do not send the aid form to the council (as it says on the directions). Please send it to us with the rest of your registration forms, as we self-fund our scholarships.
