Missy Williams reported that they have been out of power since yesterday morning about 9. The camp and the horses are fine we did not have any damage because of the storm. All areas around camp were hit very hard.

1.     2011 Finance report/read-out

2.     Review 2011 committees/duties and revise for 2012; start recruiting core committee/signup

Finance Report – Lianne reviewed expenses vs. budget. FINAL report is attached: Class Finance Report 2011 (Come to the next meeting or contact Marie L. or Lianne for the password.)

2012 Committees – We reviewed the committees for 2012 and made additional changes. Most committee chairs have been identified, except for those noted in yellow. See Committee Descriptions. (Names highlighted in yellow have not yet been confirmed). Finalize at next meeting.

2012 Timeline – Reviewed 2012 timeline; final draft is here.  (Please let Lianne know if you see any changes that need to be made!!)

Committee Reports

Meals (Kathy Stephan) – Kathy has 2 choices for each meal as well as snacks. She is planning a “birthday party” with cake/ice cream for Saturday night. Kathy has Juliette Low cookbook, and a few changes may be made to reflect choices from cookbook.  Final meal choices will be voted on at June meeting. Kathy will investigate plates/”fry containers” (to see if they can be donated) to put on snack table.

Website (Marie Lott) – the website has been set up – www.3leaves.org/mm2012. 

Registration (Marie W) – Marie sent the final email confirmations/class completion certificates to 2011 participants.

Admin (Lianne) – Lianne will establish a sub-committee to evaluate/implement online registration in May.  This will need to be incorporated with our website and include a database (may not use current database).  Include Marie L and Marie W in discussions.

Our next meeting will be on 5/26/11 at 7PM via conference call/webinar – see connection information in your email. (The June 23rd meeting will be in person at Moe’s).  Have a great month everyone!
