The manager of Moe’s requested that for our monthly meetings we do not park immediately adjacent the building. They respectfully request that we park in the parking lot diagonal from the door where there is plenty of parking and leave the “close up” parking for other guests.
WELCOME to new committee members, Marie Wright and Cheryl Marko! We have a few other folks that have expressed an interest in being on the committee who will join us at future meetings.

1. Review 2010 Overall Evaluation comments/feedback
We reviewed the Overall Evaluation Summary (password required). . Each committee should use this feedback during 2011 weekend planning sessions to try to address past issues.
2. Discuss class evaluations and mail feedback forms to instructors (stuff envelopes)
The committee evaluated all of the class evaluations and stuffed envelopes to send feedback forms and letter to instructors.
3. 2010 Finance report/read-out
We reviewed the 2010 Finance Report (password required). We have received expense reports from all instructors for classes, and we had a net positive $245.17 balance from expenses collected versus expenses paid. Lianne is still waiting to hear about final expenses for Hostess and Historian/Photography committees. Were Swap necklace expenses included in the decorations budget? Or are those receipts still outstanding?
4. Identify 2011 committees/duties for next year and start signing up – defer to next meeting
5. Review timeline for 2011 event – defer to next meeting
6. Discuss possible classes/instructors for 2011 (especially new ones!) – defer to next meeting
7. Instructor/committee reimbursements (if you haven’t turned yours in yet) – DUE ABSOLUTELY NO LATER THAN NEXT MEETING!!
