theme for 2010 is “Under the Sea”.
We revised our Tagline – Come Make a Splash at Mountain Magic.
Instructor Liaison to schedule 2 - 15 minute orientation sessions for instructors (must attend prior to first class).
Lianne has emailed Becky a 2nd time regarding our fall retreat. Options to ask Becky – 10/16, 10/23, 11/6, or 11/13.
Lianne to check with Ranger about options for planning committee arriving Thursday night (all stay in Echo Hill) so we’d have all day Friday to get set up.
We reviewed committees/committee descriptions and timeline. Lianne will distribute drafts for review and we’ll finalize at next meeting.
Next meeting: finalize committee/committee descriptions and preliminary budget info.
