We reviewed lessons learned from last year (see your email).

We discussed the option of starting the weekend at noon/1 on Friday (or earlier). Team agreed we could offer an earlier check in (4 PM?) this year and add to evaluation options – noon Friday start, classes Friday afternoon.
EVALUATIONS – We discussed other items to include in the evaluation. Would you be willing to pay more for meals in general? Would you like us to include dinner Friday night? Add area for comments and ask them to provide suggestions for improvement if they rate 1 or 2.
Lianne to get with Becky and book our fall retreat. Options to ask Becky – 10/16, 10/23, 11/6, or 11/13.
Lianne to check with Ranger about options for planning committee arriving Thursday night (all stay in Echo Hill) so we’d have all day Friday to get set up.
Barb advised that the committee members should bring their shirts to the next meeting and she’ll get them embroidered.
Next meeting we’ll discuss committees., committee descriptions, timeline, and preliminary budget info.
Our next meeting will be – May 21st at 7PM at the VSC.
