Welcome and Introductions – In attendance were Lianne Griffin, Kippy Shea, Marsha Sussman, Frances Parks, Marie Lott, Karen McFadden, Terry Otto, Kathy Stephan, and Laurie Hackworth.

The committee reviewed the budget and for the most part adopted the budget from 2005. The committee voted to change the "discount" given to staff/volunteers as follows:

Committee Chairs/Core Staff – free weekend

Trainers - $10 discount

Committee/weekend "Helpers" - $5 discount

Marie and Lianne will investigate online registration/payment. Payment by credit card (via PayPal) will incur a ~3-3.5% fee, which we would need to add to the cost of weekend. This would be something under $2. Marie/Lianne will investigate and report back at future meeting.

• First Aid Team – Marsha Sussman (chair)
• Publicity – Laurie Hackworth (committee)
• Website – Marie Lott (chair)

The committee then reviewed the timeline.

Lastly, the committee discussed Tagline options. The team came up with the following:

Walk on the Wild Side, Jungle Jamboree, Jungle Jaunt, and **Jungle Fever – It’s Contagious!

**Team voted to pick this one. The committee meeting was concluded at 9:00 PM.
