THINGS TO KNOW:

• We will be operating outside the entire time. Dress appropriately and wear work gloves to keep hands warm. We will have access to restrooms this year.

• Strong arms & backs are needed!  We encourage you to ask dads to volunteer to be your troop workers.

• We are only using the loading dock platform. We will be unloading and counting from the time the truck arrives (approx. 7 AM) along with breaking down into troop orders until noon.

• We should have approximately 5000 cases of cookies arriving!

• We will start cookie pick up at 12:30 pm.  We understand that it would be convenient to work early in the day and leave at the end of your work time with your troop's cookies but this will not be possible unless you work after 12:30 pm.

• We need time to verify the counts and so will not be able to start loading troops until we are sure we have the totals correct. Thank you for understanding and for helping us with this enormous job!
