Packing List for Camporee 2012

Sleeping Bag

Twin fitted sheet and flat sheet (optional)

Pillow

Towel

Washcloth

Raincoat or poncho

Personal toiletries—toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, etc.

Two t-shirts or long sleeve shirts

Two pair long pants

Underwear and socks

Sweat suit or winter pajamas to sleep in (cabins are heated)

Extra pair of shoes (no clogs or open toes)

Flashlight with NEW batteries

Sweatshirt or fleece

Warm jacket!

Gloves, scarf, knit cap in case of cold weather

Water bottle with strap

Small backpack to carry your stuff

Camera—optional

Stuff to Tie Dye in a plastic bag

Troop gear:

First Aid Kit

Swaps

Talent show CD, props, costumes

Cabin decorations with duct tape, string, thumbtacks, extension cords, etc. needed for setup

Note: Golf carts will be transporting gear to cabins, however, it would be wise to pack only necessary items.

Check the weekend weather first and you may save some time and room not needing all items. Just remember lots of outdoor time in the a mornings and evenings too.
