Congrats to Evie for completing her Gold Award!!

Good luck to Chandler at UGA, Anne at Berry, Christina at Grinnell,
Evie at Lebanon Valley and Katie at Centre as they start their college adventures!

Wow!  It’s already time to start Girl Scouts again! The really good news is that we’re all already registered, and we’ve done the Family Partnership stuff!  All you need to bring to the first meeting September 10th is your updated health form and your immunization record.  Things are already getting started, and there are already several service projects coming up in which we can participate.  Here’s the calendar for August and September, and at our first meeting we’ll make decisions about what we want to do this year.

Troop Meeting

Our first meeting of the year. Bring (1) a new Health Form, (2) your Immunization Record, (3) your calendar and (4) your ideas so we can plan. The health form is available as a pdf file from: http://www.3leaves.org/forms/healthhistory.pdf. (If you need the reader, click here: )

We will be working on the Olympia Badge, so please check out the link in the above listing.

Also, if you'd like to be nominated for the President's Volunteer Service Award 2004, bring a log of your service hours. You need 100 or more service hours over a 12-month time period. The rules are different this year in that "service should meet national or community needs in the areas of (1) youth achievement, (2) parks and open spaces, (3) healthy communities & (4) public safety." See the guidelines.
